Excitement is building for the largest and most important book awards for Latino authors and themes. The 15 th annual International Latino Book Awards will be held the evening of May 30, 2013 at 6 p.m. at the Instituto Cervantes in New York City in the heart of midtown at 211 East 49th Street.
